CANCELLATION policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness for all our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Standard Bookings (Individual Ticketing for Pop-Up Events)

• While we do not offer refunds for game tickets purchased for public pop-up events, we can offer a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

• If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, no credit will be issued.

Private Parties & Corporate Events

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event: Full refund or free rescheduling.

• Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund, but we will work with you to reschedule when possible.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• We will honour scheduled bookings regardless of weather conditions. However, on the event day, heavy rain and storms may lead to short breaks if deemed necessary.

• If adverse weather is forecasted, rescheduling may be discussed and arranged based on availability.

• We recommend having a wet weather back up plan on hand and can assist with suggested venues.
